WHAT IS E.A.T.?
Epictetus once said, “capability is confirmed and grows in its corresponding actions, walking by walking, and running by running… therefore, if you want to do something, make a habit of it.”

If being happy, or happier, is the goal, it takes the right habits. If we deem we are not as successful as we should be, or want to be MORE successful, the a system around habits must be installed.
Capability moves us towards competence, and then competence moves us to excellence. To reach excellence, one MUST develop the day-to-day habits that allow this to ensue.
